Warranty
The dutch statutory warranty applies to all our products.
This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect. Any additional warranties we offer do not affect these statutory rights.
You may partially remove the product from its packaging to assess it, as long as this is done carefully.
As a seller, we are responsible for delivering a good product.
If a product is defective or we have made a mistake, we will of course provide an appropriate solution — such as replacement or refund.
If the product has been used incorrectly or the wrong product has been ordered, we may charge a fee.
Always contact our customer service first before returning a product.
Returns will be processed or assessed as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Repair
Is your product still under warranty?
Then — if technically possible — it is eligible for free repair .
Please contact us as soon as possible; we will do our utmost to assist you and provide a suitable solution.
