We ship with PostNL , DHL and GLS , and with Track & Trace.
Shipping costs: €4.99 • Free within the Netherlands & Belgium from €30 .

Delivery

If you order on weekdays before 8 PM and the product is in stock, we'll ship it the same day.
Not home? Then the delivery person will try again or deliver to your neighbors (depending on the carrier).

Returns

You can return your order without giving a reason.
Notification: You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return.
Shipping: After your notification, you still have 14 days to send the package.
Return costs: at your own expense.

Received a free gift? Then return the entire order, including the free product.

If we do not receive the free product back, we will charge you for the costs.

How to report a return

1. Send an email to info@evolize.nl with the subject “Return” + your order number.
2. You will receive a confirmation with instructions by email.
3. Drop off your package at the post office (keep your proof of postage).
4. After receipt and approval, we will refund your purchase amount within 7 days.

Terms & conditions of the article

You may try on/inspect products as you would in a store. We cannot refund the purchase amount (partially) if:
The item is shipped later than 14 days after your notification.
The item is used, damaged or incomplete.*
The packaging is missing where it was not necessary for assessment.*
*Want to check the material/finish? Open the packaging carefully, but don't completely remove the product unless necessary for assessment.

How long do I have to return?
After you've notified us of your return, you have 14 days to ship the package. (Tip: return it as soon as possible for a smoother process.)
